Had a fantastic stay at a beautiful heritage hotel in Gangtok. The warm welcome and spacious room with clean towels and good toiletries made me feel right at home. The courteous staff, especially Ms. Sushmita, provided excellent service. The hotel's proximity to MG Road was convenient for shopping and dining options. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from the city center. The room I stayed in had a beautiful view of the mountains, and it was spacious and comfortable. The staff here are exceptional, they went above and beyond to make me feel at home. The restaurant served delicious food, and the head chef did an excellent job. my experience at this hotel was fantastic.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The hotel had good amenities, with well-maintained rooms that provided clean toiletries and fresh towels. The staff was polite and always willing to help. Breakfast was delicious with a friendly staff member who served with a smile on their face. the hotel was located close to the shopping and eating areas which was a great advantage.
The third bed in our 3-person occupancy was not provided with heating which was a bit of a letdown during the winter season. despite this small discomfort, we would definitely recommend this place to others for their city break!

The hotel is located in close proximity to the city center and offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains from some of the rooms. The service at the hotel is polite and courteous, and the breakfast is good. The rooms are spacious and homely, providing a comfortable stay.
Some of the bathroom facilities are outdated and could use an upgrade to ensure a better experience for guests.

the food was delicious and served with a smile. We enjoyed the complimentary Wi-Fi and a great view from our room's window. the location was convenient, with easy access to shopping and restaurants. We appreciated the complimentary bottled water and tea/coffee maker in the room.
The steep and slanting entrance made our way to the hotel a bit challenging. the bathroom lacked a shower cabinet resulting in water spray all over.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, and there were many things we loved about it. the location was perfect, and it was easy to walk to the city center within 10 minutes. The hotel facilities were excellent, and our mountain-view room had a stunning view of the Kanchenjunga. Moreover, the hotel was very clean, and we appreciated the fact that the rooms were sanitized. The staff were exceptional and made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The morning breakfast buffet was really good, and the restaurant food was delicious too. We also appreciated the fact that the staff arranged transportation for our whole trip and that the driver was exceptional.
